A few minutes of prep helps us clean more.

For every cleaning

• Clear excessive dishes, clothing, toys and personal items from surfaces and floors where practical.
• Provide accurate gate, parking, building and entry instructions.
• Make sure water and electricity are available.
• Secure pets if they may interfere with cleaning or create a safety concern.
• Secure cash, jewelry, medications, important documents, firearms, collectibles and unusually fragile/high-value items.

For Move-In / Move-Out

• The home should be vacant or substantially empty.
• Empty cabinets, drawers, refrigerator, freezer and other interiors you want cleaned.
• Remove large debris, boxes, trash, construction material and abandoned belongings.

Dishes and clutter

Dishwashing is available as an add-on. Organization is not a cleaning service we provide. If a sink or counter is blocked by dishes or belongings, we clean the safely accessible areas around them rather than spending your booked cleaning time reorganizing personal items.

Pets

Pets are welcome. Tell us about them during booking and secure them when necessary for safety, access or stress reduction.

Finishing fragrance

During booking you can choose Island Standard Fresh for a light finishing scent, or No fragrance. We clean first; fragrance is never used to cover poor cleaning.
