Standard Clean
Best for regularly maintained homes.
- Kitchen counters, sink, faucet, stovetop surface, appliance exteriors, cabinet fronts as needed, backsplash spot cleaning, trash and floors.
- Bathrooms: toilet, sink, counters, mirrors, shower/tub surfaces, fixtures, trash and floors.
- Bedrooms and living areas: accessible dusting, mirrors, floors, furniture surfaces, light cushion reset and beds made with existing linens.
- Throughout: reachable fans, switches/handles spot cleaning, cobweb removal and final walkthrough.

- Everything in the applicable routine scope, plus more thorough high dusting and detail work.
- Doors and frames, baseboards, switches/outlets exteriors, window sills/tracks, blinds, interior glass and accessible screens.
- More detailed kitchen grease and bathroom buildup removal, floor edges/corners and wall spot cleaning.
Move-In / Move-Out
For homes that are vacant or substantially empty. Starting at $309.
- Deep-clean style detail plus inside emptied cabinets and drawers.
- Inside emptied refrigerator and oven included.
- Closets, windows/tracks/screens/blinds, empty storage areas, doors/frames, baseboards and floor edges.

Cleaning vs. restoration: Permanent staining, mineral damage, discoloration, etched glass, damaged finishes or long-term deterioration may not be reversible through cleaning.
