You must read and agree before completing your booking.
Services & scope. Island Standard performs the confirmed service and add-ons shown in your booking.
Accurate booking. Material differences in size, condition or access may require an adjusted scope, service or schedule.
Cleaning vs. restoration. Permanent staining, mineral damage, deterioration and damaged finishes may not be reversible through cleaning.
Preparation. Clear excessive dishes, clutter and belongings where practical and provide working utilities and usable access.
Move services. Move-In/Move-Out homes must be vacant or substantially empty and applicable appliance/cabinet interiors must be emptied.
Pets & safety. Secure pets when necessary. We may stop or decline unsafe, hazardous, biohazardous or out-of-scope work.
Cancellation. At least 24 hours’ notice avoids a cancellation fee. Inside 24 hours or no-access situations may be charged up to 50% of the booked service.
Damage. Report known service-related damage promptly after discovery. Claims are reviewed according to applicable law and insurance.
Satisfaction Promise. Contact us within 24 hours for an included item that was missed. Where appropriate, we’ll return to correct it at no additional cleaning charge.
Payment. Customer authorizes charges for confirmed service, approved additions, applicable taxes and disclosed cancellation/no-access fees.
